Pondering on Cosmic Moonphase redial

Hello everyone!

My 1st post here. I'm currently considering about this beautiful Omega Moonphase, but I'm getting some doubts wheter the dial ia re-done and other parts as well such as hands as they're seem to be too flawless to be true.

Ill attach few pics for you to give me a review about it.

It's asking around 5000€/5500$
And the watch has been fully serviced at 2019 at a dealership
