Aftermarket leather strap for a $300 watch

I recently bought a new watch and want to switch things up with an aftermarket leather strap. The manufacturer offers an OEM leather option that looks great, but it costs another $100, which feels a bit steep for a $300 watch.

I'm particularly drawn to the simple, distressed leather look, although I'm open to other styles too.
