Earlier this year I decided I wanted to get a Pilot watch. After doing a lot of research, I decided on the Dekla Pilot watch. I placed my order on July 28th and recently took delivery of the watch. I have several issues with the experience and the watch, which I brought up with the person at Dekla I've been working with. He has become increasingly very defensive and coming up with one excuse after another (or just simply ignoring concerns). Here are the issues:
