Concord Maintenance

My wife has this Concord Gold watch. It is a quartz. The last time I took it to a “reputable” jewelry store / watch store here in Missoula, they did a lousy job. I would like to get a new battery in it and some clean up. Can someone recommend a good service center for Movado / Concord. Should I just send it to Movado in Moonachie, N.J. ? I’m in Montana. Any advice appreciated.
