What’s the deal with Benrus?

Not the historical defunct American brand, but the newer startup/rebranded version.

I’m VERY tempted by a Type 2 but hear mixed opinions on value for price, QC, etc.

Has anyone owned a newer one? Any feedback positive or negative?

I guess they are warrantied and have return policies so what’s the worst that can happen….
