Some time back on WUS, a generous writer talked about taking a black Sharpie (or similar method?) and making his white stitches into black stitches.
I thought about that and got inspired. In woodworking I'd used tinted waxes a few times with very satisfactory results, really doing things that an overall liquid stain wouldn't do (emphasizing grain, looking aged, etc.).
Briwax is a great woodworking tinted wax but it's strong and it's not recommended for leather. For leather, Shoe Waxes…
