My new to me B01 Navitimer’s bezel is very hard to turn

It's a 2025 I just picked up (love it btw). Reference AB0137241L1P1 . The bezel requires a lot of force to move. So much so that the grips dig into my fingers and the band really twists. There's no boutique near me to try another one so just wondering if that's normal.
