Watch only runs fast when I wear it?

So, my Tsao Legacy has been behaving curiously – running really fast.

I’ve sent it back three times now, and they’ve overhauled it (for free under warranty) regulated it, and tested it repeatedly. I have the test slip that shows it’s running fabulously.

Now, when the watch is in its box, or sitting on the winder – it keeps time immaculately. Within 2-3 seconds per day.
