March 20 – sent my EZM1 to Sinn HQ
March 24 – Sinn signed for it
March 25 – Confirmation of Receipt email from Sinn outlining next steps and in 2-4 weeks expect an email after they inspect the watch
April 15 – after 3 weeks an email itemizing service requirements
April 16 – I approved and was told the work would take 16-20 weeks or 4-5 months
Aug 18 – email notification that work is done and payment due
Aug 20 – shipping (UPS) notification from Sinn
