Help please: vintage de ville?

I recently inherited this watch from my late uncle and presume it was my grandmother’s before his. Appears to be a thin women’s de ville, Swiss made, 14k, with Tiffany and co. I can’t find any similar watches online and unfortunately don’t have any history of the watch or papers. I appreciate any insight. It isn’t working at the moment but hoping I can get it fixed. Thank you.
