How do you know when it’s time to sell a watch in your collection?

Thanks in no small part to this great community, my collection of mostly Swiss automatic watches has grown steadily over the last several years, to the point where, even though I am generally pretty good about rotating what I wear every day, there are some watches in my collection that I have not worn in months, and a few that I have not worn in a year or more. Some I have only worn perhaps half a dozen times or less since I bought them.
