Hello all. New to the forum. Hope everyone's doing well. I created this account mainly to browse and even possibly search the marketplace from time to time, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask for some insight on this issue. I emailed Nivada a few days ago, but I haven't heard back just yet.
I was trying to remove a link from my bracelet, but none of the screws on one will come out. Not sure if they're there for cosmetic purposes or if it's a coincidence that they're somehow flawed.
