Are Speedy Reduced’s that bad?

I am looking at a 2005 3510.82 blue, only 1500 made, this one has box and papers. It is a good looking watch.

I already know Omegas are expensive to service and i understand the reduced movement is a bit of a frankenstein.

Are the reduceds that bad? Are they unreliable? Is the pusher rod alignment a consistent issue?

Edit: new question. The seller emailed me this: "the year of manufacture is 1998 while the card is noted with 2005." I thought they were made in 2003.
