The weather in southern Indiana is hot and miserably humid in the summer. So I wanted a different strap for my watch other than leather.
I wasn't sure of how the shade of green, or the material would look, but I really like it. I read reviews on Barton complaining that the strap was too stiff, but to me, it feels like quality canvas should. YMMV
