I've been having a bad expereince with placing a watch order on a couple of their pre-order watches. One of them is the collaboration they did with Pan Am the chrono one. I had placed my pre-order. Its been months since I've placed the order and they kept moving the delivery date several times stating that is due to production issues. I was so frustrated that i just cancelled my pre-order.
