Semag 17 jewel manual movement

I'm trying to find information about a random watch movement I've had for some time. The only markings on the movement are:

SWISS SEVENTEEN
17 JEWELS
SEMAG

And then on another bridge:

UNADJUSTED
AV

Does anybody know where I can find info about this movement? Mainly curious about the history and lift angle (if I can get it!)
