I have a first gen planet ocean that I bought used maybe 8-10 years ago. It is definitely time for a service as it is keeping time well but I need to wind and reset pretty much every other day even when wearing it every day.
My question is should I bring it to my local watch guy for about $400 and get it back in about 2 weeks or send in to Omega for probably $700- 800 (?) and get it back in 2 or 3 months?
