My recently acquired Aerospace is my first Breitling quartz (E79362, bracelet date W 20 12) and overall, I'm extremely happy. But, as with any pre-owned watch, I'm prepped for service whenever that happens.
My question is, when is it time (No pun intended)?
I know there were backlight issues and this one has it, and it's gaining about a second every 8-9 days.
As Breitling says +15 a year, which works out to .28 seconds per week, I'm 4X that.
But, is that bad? Just the sign of an old…
