I was working on my first Omega ever recently and ran into a bit of a road bump. The movement in question is this Omega 520. Long story short, the pivot of the escape wheel broke off during reassembly. Its a pretty obscure movement from what I can see, so I was worried about how difficult it might be to find replacement parts. I cant actually find anyone selling 520 parts specifically. However, I read that these were built very similar to the 470 movement, for which I have found…
