Can somebody help me identify and price this watch.

I am just started off collecting some watches and I paid 5 dollars for this watch and it looks really stinking nice so is it really worth five dollars. I know it’s gold plated and it commemorates the union. But other than that I don’t know much.
also the back protective sticker is still on wich leads me to think it’s never been worn.
