Ronda is giving it another go with a new automatic movement. Their last offering, the R150, was used by several micros such as Dufrane, Maen, Aragon, Tuseni, Nove, and Lum-Tec, but still seemed uncommon compared to other available movements.
The new R01 seems to be a completely different build than the R150. 25.5 Hz, silicone escapement (from Horage?), 200 A/m gauss antimag resistance, 80 hour power reserve. Central seconds and small seconds available…
