Diver’s 65 60th bezel question

I received a 60th anni yesterday off of eBay. New and it had all the plastic wrapping on the body, bracelet, etc.

I sized it this morning and have been wearing it, but I noticed when turning the bezel, it will only rotate counterclockwise. From what I've read and seen from people reviewing this model, it should be bidirectional. Is that correct? Is there something stupid I'm missing?
