In a battle of the AI language models, one is certain this is a 14700 and another is a 2846/2848.
As I'm thinking of meeting up with a local hobbyist who is interested in the watch, I'd like to be armed with info. I don't expect to sell it at retail or even necessarily Ebay auction pricing – I just want to have a fair price in mind.
Provenance: The watch was my grandfathers (who was original owner) and passed down to me.
Near as I can tell a $700 ish price is in the ballpark?
