Help with crown and winding stem for an early 1900’s Novoris PW

Hello all, very new to this.

I have an old broken Novoris pocket watch that is a family piece, and I'd like to try to fix it and use it to practice on for disassembly, sevicing, and reassembly.
Here's what I'd like to learn- the movement measures 36.8mm across. Does that make it a 16 ligne movement?
How do I identify the correct winding stem? How do I then identify an appropriate crown?
