I just want to share my most recent experience with Topper Jewelers in California.
I've purchased more than 10 watches from them, both new and used. I've traded in watches as well. All experiences have been excellent. I bought two new Omegas from them, including one where I traded in a Grand Seiko Snowflake toward an SMP where they sent me the SMP BEFORE I sent the GS back to them. Really top notch all the way around.
