Citizen auto diver dropped… stopped a day later😩

Gasp… it happened. Was putting on my new Citizen NY0120 and it slid off the strap… fell a bit lower than waist high onto the tile kitchen floor! Two little dings on the case… just enough to remind me to be more careful! Didn’t stop running, still keeping good time (it’s been +5ish SPD since I got it at Christmas). Well about 30min ago I noticed it stopped running! I wear this watch all the time (other than showers) so assume it’s getting wound. And gave it a few winds when I reset it, felt…
