Here I have another, and somehow even more bizarre, old Prewar Japan watch that I can’t find any info on;
As you can see, the dial is signed CHRONOMETER PINTER (the end of the P is slightly damaged I think) and is in a pretty typical 1930s style. The case is also signed S.A.C on the back. Both of these points are pretty common in Swiss watches imported in Japan in the 1930s…
