Hey folks – would love your advice/insight here.
I just bought a pre-owned TSAR from eBay that the seller has 500+ positive reviews at 100% positive and the condition was marked as Excellent.
The watch came today and it is not currently running and the seconds hand is in the same spot as the listing photos. I’m trying not to freak out thinking that the battery just needs to be replaced for the Quartz movement but that should have been disclosed right?
