Upgrading movement on Gen 1 Orange Monster

I've had an orange monster for a good long while now and I'd love to get the movement upgraded to the one in the later Gen monsters to get hacking and manual winding.

Are there watch repair shops that would do this? I'd like to keep the original face and and day/date wheel since I prefer this style.
