104 strap lenght help?

I would like to pick up 104:

Paired with this lovely brown strap. My wrist is 6.5 inch (16.5 cm). Question: which strap lenght should I choose? Small or regular?

I would like to secure strap on second hole, with excess strap no less than 2cm past the floating keeper.
