Swap band for a leather or NATO on Deville 424.10.37.20.03.002 ?

Hello dear friends,

I'm currently looking for a Deville Prestige 424.10.37.20.03.002

I like the dial and size (please Omega, come back to 36-38mm !), but I would like to use a lighter band (leather or NATO) rather than the metal one.

Is it possible to swap band for a retail one on this model ?
