I consider the black hobnail Connie ref 2782-3 pointed out by user kalin91 in the "recommended watches on eBay" thread.
I think the case is rather sharp and unpolished, the dial seems legit and is similar to a watch offered earlier here

I'm not sure about the crown, shouldn't it be flat-feet ? – I found different crowns on pictures of this reference (some obviously service crowns).
