UPDATE 2/1: I have a really disappointing update on Exquisite Timepieces. We saw Ralph from Exquisite Timepieces post here defending the company. Ralph contacted me directly, made some excuses about internal changes when my issue occurred and offered me a $1,200 credit. I thought that could be a legitimate attempt to right the wrongs from a year ago, but it could also just be a salesman’s ploy to make money off of me while making it seem like he’s taking care of my issue.
