Not dive computers, assume most are rechargeable. I mean a quartz diver with an internal rechargeable battery. Contacts on the back and a plug/clamp to charge it, like a smart watch. It could probably have a bigger battery, one big enough to drive a sweeping seconds hand and get 6mo of charge. Hypothetically? I know this is kind of a solution looking for a problem… BUT it seems to be a good solution for the power constraints of solar and more frequent battery changes in normal quartz…
