As some of you may have seen I bought recently a used Breitling B-1, a watch I was aware of and looking for some time. I guess by now 20+ years since its release, every detail about the various iterations, special editions etcetera, are known to most of us, thanks to forums like this, the great website about B-1 from DonIndiano, and various reviews.
My question is this: How the B-1 came to be; Breitling had since 1985 the Aerospace, which always were popular choise by the pilots. Why…
