I am a junior doctor and attended work today and parked my scooter (Suzuki Burgman 400) in the hospital motorcycle parking today as usual for my weekend shift. Come out and my discarded bike lock is where I left the bike. CCTV cameras around and everything, security were informed but didn’t get there in time.
Mainly here to rant to be honest. This is going to cost thousands in me needing to get a new bike for work and increased insurance premiums for god knows how long. Anyone had a bike stolen before? What did it do to your car and bike insurance?
Also, if anyone is thinking of selling there bike let me know!
Probably will get a "proper" geared motorcycle next time as maybe less attractive to these scum bags.
