GMT from 1981 in excellent condition against a 1978 Sub.

Hello , I have the possibility to get this beautiful Pepsi for 10K € , for which I would trade in my Submariner 1978.
Movement was serviced by Rolex.

What do you think ?

(I am surprised that it is not a double clasp on the armband)
