Mums buying a bungalow. I’d say it’s around a 70s build. She hasn’t had a survey done on it. Question is should she?
I’ve had a look around and can see a few things that need doing, tiny bit of damp in a corner, crack above a window which needs a lintel. Moss on roof.
Apart from that everything else looks ok. We are going to be ripping it all back to a shell and fitting everything new. It’s in an area where they are all built identical.

Is it worth getting a survey? Are most surveyors complete professional on property building or can anyone say they are a surveyor?
