I have to send my SRM bike crankset back to Germany for repair.
Last night I was trying to find information on whether I had to complete any forms, & what to write on them but I found conflicting advice. The government webpage was ‘temporarily unavailable’.
Last night I was trying to find information on whether I had to complete any forms, & what to write on them but I found conflicting advice. The government webpage was ‘temporarily unavailable’.
There may be a fee for the repair or there might not. I won’t know that until SRM have examined the crankset.
The Powermeter doesn’t work. It’s about 10 years old. I’m guessing that I’ll need to put a value on the things. Will it be £0 because it doesn’t function or £2500 which is the original purchase price? Likely something in between, but what? If it doesn’t work it isn’t of much value to me because I’ve got a better non-SRM on my bike as a temporary measure.
Anybody know or had recent experience?
