Unknown Omega Watch Found in Uruguay – Any Info Appreciated!

I recently bought this Omega watch at a market in Uruguay, but I haven’t been able to identify it.

I don’t know the year or the model, and I haven’t found much information online.

The only clue I have is that it might be a “Travel Clock” or an “Officer’s Watch”, possibly from the 1920s or 1930s.

Can anyone help me identify it?
