Can this hairspring be sorted by a watchmaker

Around 12 months ago I refurbished a landeron 39 primarily to see how a pillar wheel chrono works. The final job was to replace the balance staff which I did not get around to do. I have today sourced a nos balance without the hairspring so lifted the hairspring and collet from mine.
The spring looks a little out of shape around the collet.
Is it fixable by a watchmaker for attaching to the new balance?
hairsprings make me nervous
