Purchased this 43mmm Hydroconquest and as I always do with new watches I wore it for 72 consecutive hours ( including showers! 
) at which time it was at +22 seconds fast or a little over +7 per day. This is good for a non-COSC movement, IMO.
Rubber strap is comfortable with a nice size clasp, it's one of those cut-to-fit straps but I took my time and got a proper fit with the clasp nicely centered.
