Why can’t Panerai provide consistent answers to questions PAM 1086

So this is a bit of a continuation from my post on my new PAM 1086. Thank you for all the replies and provided answers that you had, but Panerai is unable to provide any consistent answers to my two questions and contradict themselves.

1. Is the bezel separate from the case and replaceable if it gets damaged or is it integrated into the case.
