I posted a similar thread in the Accutron forum but I thought I would post another one here with a new twist to it. I have an Accutron RR Approved with the 218 movement. It had been running and humming fine and then stopped. I put it away for a while and just recently thought I would change the battery. So I changed the battery and it is still not running. Something else must be wrong with it. If any hobbyist or professional tinkerers would like to attempt a repair for me I would be willing…
