Last week I sold an Aquastar to a user named Chris Watkins from Medina, Minnesota, USA, through Chrono24 as a private seller. It just arrived now and the guy is writing to me saying that the watch has no crown and that he wants a full refund.
Needless to say, the watch was shipped with its original crown.
What are my options?
Am I screwed?
