Saw some odd ne’er-do-well behaviour this morning after dropping Mrs Gyp off at work.
Ne’er-do-well (I base this on the hoodie and balaclava on a hot day) stood by some traffic lights, holding a home-made looking device which was "aimed" at the cars stopped at the lights. The device looked like a board (A5ish in size) with a camera or two, one below and one above the board, wired to a device or devices on the board.
I stared at him and he strolled off down the road.
No-doubt up to no good but no idea what.
