What is THE timeless classic/quintessential Rolex line?

First off – wishing everyone a very warm and festive end of the year!

On to the main question – IF you had to pick a single Rolex line – what would it be?

The one that represents Rolex the most from the perspective of history, heritage & design DNA.

Would appreciate everyone’s point of view, as I truly wonder if there will be a clear consensus, or if there will be a real fragmentation.

The contenders are the below, listed in order of when it was first introduced (I discounted the Sea-Dweller because it only allows 10 options, and its an extremely similar DNA with the Sub):

Oyster Perpetual (1926)
Air-King (1945)
Datejust (1945)
Explorer (1953)
Submariner (1953)
GMT Master (1955)
Day-Date (1956)
Daytona (1963)
Yachtmaster (1992)
Sky-Dweller (2012)
