What are my options – 36mm, no date, not a diver, $2-3K price tag

I got to try on a Nomos Club while traveling last week and really liked the size, but the orange accents aren't my thing (and I don't care for their California dialed watches either). What other comparable watches are there in the $2-3k price range? The most important things to me are the 36mm size, no date, and not a diver. I'm flexible on light or dark dial, lume or not, strap or bracelet. Looking for something relatively unassuming and "classic".
