Watch Running around 10-15 minutes fast need a watch repairer. . . . . .

Hi everyone sorry haven’t posted in a while as health issues have side lined Me I ordered an Olto-8 X tide watch automatic that’s constantly runs fast averaging around 10-15 minutes I need advice on a watch tinkerer/repairer Timpsons quoted Me £195!!!!
