Picked up a 2009 ish Cartier ballon bleu on a (marmite) two tone bracelet today. 42mm, wears lovely and slim on the wrist. First thing I’m doing is ordering a leather strap as i believe these look so much better on a strap.
Found an original unused clasp and strap online for reasonable money but it appears to be a shiny leather as opposed to matt.
Doesn’t look too shiny so will purchase the strap and clasp and then have the option of bracelet or strap but just thought I’d ask opinions…
